Processing Time
Because all Light & Aligned candles are handmade in small batches, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. This ensures the highest quality and freshness of each candle.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, shipping times will vary depending on your location and the carrier. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and photos of the damage so we can help resolve the issue.
