We ship orders within the stated time frame on our product pages. Shipping delays due to carriers or external factors are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

Candles should never be left unattended, kept away from flammable objects, and placed out of reach of children and pets. Follow all candle care instructions provided with your order.
